Culture Kings offers a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items, ensuring your streetwear fits perfectly or you get your money back. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and footwear must include the original box.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the product is in unworn, 'as-new' condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 3-5 business days.
